“Good good, you’ll be just fine living with me from then on.” Ares laughed as he pressed a kiss to her forehead. He never really had any worries though. Of course there were the ones deep down that was the darkness ready to creep up onto his mind, but he tried to smother it all. 

She smiled at the comment, shrugging. Sure there were worries deep down in both of them, they came from different places but for her? She knew that they would be okay. The fates designed it this way for a reason, she’d stopped trying to argue with them and what they had planned. “Ares I wouldn’t have it any other way.”
