It didn’t take him long to get up off of his seat and into his bedroom so he could put on some actual clothes—despite what happened last night, he wasn’t hesitant about seeing Persephone once more. His mind was already yearning for her and the argument was already disappearing rather fast due to how insignificant it proved to be in the end. Once he got his shirt on and slipped on a pair of shoes, he popped off for the Underworld. He has been there millions of times that he knew the land like it was his own home.

Nodding towards the right people, he glanced towards the office of Hades—which had its door closed—before moving to where Persephone held her quarters; and where her presence was the strongest. Pushing open the door, he walked into the room and smiled slightly at the redheaded goddess he grew so attached too. “Hello.” He murmured, closing the door behind him quietly before moving deeper into the room.

She let out a breath when he told her to give him a moment, as if she needed to catch her breath. It wasn’t like she didn’t have plenty of work to be done, there was some paperwork and things she had to sort through delivering the punishments that she was known for down here but really it was all for naught. She brooded and then all she’d wanted to do was see him. It didn’t matter that they’d been fighting, or that she’d been cut off it just mattered that she wanted to see him.

The moment the door opened her head lifted from the paperwork she’d begun to stare a hole into, his voice settled her heart and she was up out of her chair in an instant. The fine dress of the Queen of the Underworld was a cry from what she war when she wasn’t here but she didn’t care as she threw her arms around him and held on tightly, closing her eyes in that instant. His smell, his heart beat, his presence…. her heart settled. “Hello.”
